Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Builder to help design, build, and scale AI-enabled products and solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on product leader who can move comfortably between product strategy, technical design, experimentation, and delivery.

The Builder PM will take ownership of complex product initiatives from concept through implementation, partnering closely with engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into practical, scalable solutions.


Responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives from initial concept and problem definition through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner closely with engineering and technical teams to define solutions, architecture, workflows, and implementation approaches.
• Take a hands-on approach to product development, using data, experimentation, and emerging AI capabilities to inform decisions.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve products, processes, and user experiences.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans aligned to business objectives.
• Establish clear success metrics and use data and experimentation to evaluate product performance and guide iteration.
• Work effectively in ambiguous environments, bringing structure to complex problems and driving initiatives forward.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, design, data, and business teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, tradeoffs, and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies, tools, and product-development approaches that can accelerate delivery and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product management, technical product management, software development, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex initiatives and independently drive them from idea to execution.
• Strong understanding of software development and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience working with AI, machine learning, automation, or AI-enabled products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and actionable product strategies.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities may evolve.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or managing AI-native or AI-enabled products.
• Experience with experimentation, product analytics, evaluation frameworks, or metrics-driven product development.
• Technical fluency with modern software development practices, APIs, cloud platforms, and data systems.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams on architecture and technical solution design.
• Experience working in highly complex enterprise environments.
• Experience introducing new technologies or emerging capabilities into established products and processes.
