Overview Ideal candidate must have experience in high volume, fine dining restaurants. You’ll become part of a team that has successfully owned & operated restaurants in New York City, Las Vegas, Hong Kong and Miami. Florida 49 Collins Avenue Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA Responsibilities The restaurant general manager will be responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including hiring/staffing, training, financial/P&L.
