Understand & Create the design and requirements documents. Involved in Resource planning, Design Brainstorming, Architecture and Estimation activities. Define the application build and deployments change control process by creating an end-to-end Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline using SCM tools like GIT, SVN, incident tracking tools like JIRA, Service Now etc., build/deployment tools like Jenkins, Chef, Ansible etc. for deployment of applications and configurations to Web application servers like JBOSS, Tomcat etc., Akamai CDN provider, F5, Load balancer and Cloud platform like Google, AWS, Salesforce. Drive & Manage highly scalable, resilient & highly available E2E application / back-end services which can be deployed On-Premises & Cloud platform. Work closely with varying business units, development and validation teams, operations groups and change management for the planning, managing, and implementation of releases/projects and other changes to production. Analyze complex issues, assess risk, bring groups to consensus, be decisive, and act quickly—always driven to achieve a successful, on-time implementation of a quality release. Identify release risks, manage the tasks necessary to mitigate each risk and facilitate issue resolution. Maintain accurate records and artifacts for the entire release from release kick-off through release deployment, including a final root cause analysis and lessons learned for any issues identified during the release cycle and also collect metrics, configuring alerting/monitoring dashboards and improving observability using monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace. Facilitate release status meetings for communication between project managers, quality assurance, development, configuration management, and operations teams. Consult with stakeholders and partners, keep them informed and report on release milestone dates, as well as various statuses of defects and enhancements in each release. Communicate status of projects, releases, and changes in plan/scope effectively across all cross functional groups. Manage and publish bi-weekly release calendar, detailing code freezes, build and update deployments, data updates, and patch windows. Facilitate Project/Release Retrospectives to understand root causes and determined remediation efforts. Design and develop WCM solutions and various Data capture templates, Presentation templates, Workflows using Opentext tools and web Technologies.

Required Bachelors or foreign equivalent in CS, CIS, MIS, Engineering (Any), any related field + 5 years of experience with the same or similar job duties but given another designation. Must be able to travel/relocate to various client sites throughout the U.S.
