IT Support Specialist

What You'll Do:
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service
- Escalate complex problems to senior technicians
- Document solutions and maintain accurate service records
- Assist with client onboarding and workstation setup
- Monitor systems and alerts to proactively resolve issues
Skills You'll Need:
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- PC hardware familiarity
- Windows operating system familiarity
- IP-based networking familiarity/understanding
- Experience with any of the following a big plus: HaloPSA, NinjaRMM, ThreatLocker, Cisco Duo, Cove Backups, ConnectSecure, Copilot, ScalePad, ControlMap
