Posted Job Title Temporary Employee (Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology) Job Profile Title Temporary Employee - Non-Exempt Job Description Summary The candidate will be asked to organize and catalogue imaging filescollected during a longitudinal cohort of pregnant patients. Thecohort, Placenta3D, is an NIH-sponsored cohort that recruitedpregnant patients to have a research ultrasound at 3 timepoints inpregnancy. The scanning protocol for complex with numerous 3Dvolumes and Doppler images obtained. There are over 400 subjectsand 1000 scans collected. However, there is a need to catalogue andlabel the various images obtained for each visit so we can preparethe data for analysis. The temporary employee will work under Dr Nadav Schwartz, MD, aProfessor of OBGYN in the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine atPENN and is the principal investigator on the study. Responsibilities: Export imaging files from ultrasound machines and servers forreview View and catalogue ultrasound images obtained on studyparticipants Consolidate duplicate images and filter out erroneous orunrelated images Support the quality assurance process that the study teamdeploys on the images Required Qualifications: Basic understanding of human biology and pregnancy Organizational skills Basic computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications: Any experience with medical imaging, specificallyultrasound Experience with RedCap database Prior experience with clinical research Job Location - City, State Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Department / School Perelman School of Medicine Pay Range $7.25 - $20.00 Hourly Rate Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications,experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to therequirements of the position, and in alignment with salary rangesbased on external market data for the job's level.
