Role Description Hill Spooner & Elliott Real Estate is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager + Listing Coordinator to join our Tallahassee team. This is a marketing-focused position with additional real estate listing coordination responsibilities. We are looking for a creative, polished, and highly organized professional with a strong background in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and brand development. The ideal candidate understands how to build and maintain a sophisticated digital presence, create compelling content, and execute marketing strategies that showcase our properties, agents, and brand at the highest level. While real estate experience is valuable, strong marketing capabilities, creativity, and demonstrated social media experience are our top priorities. Marketing & Social Media Responsibilities Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms. Create high-quality, engaging content, including photography, video, Reels, graphics, and written captions. Manage social media calendars, content scheduling, and consistent brand messaging. Design professional marketing materials, including property brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and digital advertisements. Coordinate listing photography, videography, and other visual marketing assets. Maintain and update company websites, property listings, and digital marketing platforms. Monitor social media engagement, performance, and opportunities to strengthen brand visibility. Support company events, open houses, agent marketing initiatives, and lead generation efforts. Ensure all marketing materials reflect the sophistication, consistency, and quality of the Hill Spooner & Elliott brand. Listing Coordination Responsibilities Coordinate property listings from initial preparation through closing. Prepare and manage listing agreements, documentation, MLS input, and property information. Communicate with agents, sellers, clients, photographers, and vendors. Coordinate listing launches, showings, marketing schedules, and property updates. Monitor listing activity, deadlines, and administrative details to ensure a seamless experience. Professional Image & Brand Representation As a representative of a distinguished luxury real estate brand, the ideal candidate will understand the importance of exceptional personal presentation, professionalism, and attention to detail. This is a highly visible, client-facing position requiring a polished, sophisticated, and consistently professional presence. Candidates must be comfortable adhering to elevated standards of professional business attire and presentation that reflect the quality, refinement, and reputation of the clientele and properties we represent. The position also requires reliable transportation for business-related travel, with any vehicle used for client-facing business expected to be clean, well-maintained, and professionally presentable. We are seeking someone who takes genuine pride in their professional image, communicates with confidence and grace, and understands that every interaction is an extension of our brand. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation is essential. Strong portfolio of previous marketing work, including social media content, graphics, campaigns, photography, or video. Proficiency in Canva or comparable design platforms and experience creating polished, professional marketing materials. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, social media trends, content scheduling, and audience engagement. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, including marketing copy and professional correspondence. Exceptional eye for branding, photography, design, visual presentation, and attention to detail. Ability to independently develop creative marketing ideas and execute them from concept to completion. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple listings, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously. Professional, personable, proactive, dependable, and comfortable in a client-facing environment. Ability to work collaboratively with agents, clients, sellers, and vendors while maintaining a high standard of service. Familiarity with MLS systems, listing agreements, and real estate workflows is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and similar business platforms. Reliable transportation for business-related responsibilities. This is a full-time, on-site position in Tallahassee, Florida. Candidates should be established in or planning to make Tallahassee their long-term home.
