We are seeking a compassionate and motivated full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting youth with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home‑like Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) in Culpeper, VA. Schedule Option FT: Monday – Friday, 3pm-11pm Your Role in Our Mission Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols Conduct nursing assessments Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person‑centered care Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service Why Join Us?
