REMOTE AUTOMOTIVE B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE 25% RECURRING COMMISSION - BUILD MONTHLY RESIDUAL INCOME

National Automotive Training Academy (NATA) is expanding our nationwide sales team and looking for experienced, motivated telephone sales professionals who know how to prospect, communicate with decision-makers, and close business.

This is a REMOTE, 100% COMMISSION sales opportunity.

There is NO BASE SALARY.

The difference is that our commissions are RECURRING.

When you sell a dealership a monthly NATA subscription, you earn a 25% commission - and continue earning commission on that account's monthly subscription as long as the account remains active and eligible under the NATA commission program.

The more accounts you build, the larger your recurring monthly commission base can become.

WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING

NATA provides automotive dealerships with recruiting, hiring, staffing, and training services.

Our monthly dealership programs currently include subscription levels of approximately:

• $995 per month

• $1,295 per month

• $1,595 per month

• Up to $2,495 depending on the program and services selected

At a 25% commission rate, a $995 monthly account represents approximately $248.75 in commission per eligible billing cycle. A $1,295 account represents approximately $323.75, a $1,595 account approximately $398.75, and a $2,495 account approximately $623.75.

Build multiple active accounts and your recurring commission base can grow substantially over time.

Actual earnings are not guaranteed and depend on sales performance, customer retention, eligibility under the commission plan, and successfully collected account revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will contact automotive dealerships throughout the United States and introduce dealership decision-makers to NATA's recruiting and training services.

Responsibilities include:

• Make outbound B2B sales calls to automotive dealerships

• Speak with General Managers, Dealer Principals, HR Directors, Service Directors and other decision-makers

• Prospect and develop new dealership accounts

• Explain NATA's programs, pricing and value proposition

• Conduct professional follow-up by telephone and email

• Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in our CRM

• Manage your pipeline and follow-up activity

• Close new monthly subscription accounts

• Build and maintain a recurring book of business

WE PROVIDE THE TOOLS

Approved sales representatives will have access to NATA's sales technology, including:

• Company CRM

• RingCentral business phone system

• Company calling tools

• Sales information and marketing materials

• Product and program training

• Dealership-focused sales support

Calls can be made through the company's RingCentral phone system, allowing representatives to conduct professional outbound sales activity remotely.

REQUIREMENTS

You must:

• Be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week

• Be comfortable making a high volume of outbound telephone calls

• Have strong telephone communication and closing skills

• Be self-motivated and able to work independently

• Maintain consistent CRM activity and follow-up

• Have reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work environment

• Be comfortable working in a 100% commission compensation structure

Automotive dealership, B2B, recruiting, SaaS, subscription sales, telemarketing, inside sales or high-ticket telephone sales experience is strongly preferred.

COMPENSATION

100% COMMISSION - NO BASE SALARY

25% commission on eligible sales.

Recurring commissions provide an opportunity to build a book of active monthly subscription accounts instead of starting from zero every month.

Example:

10 active $995 accounts = $2,487.50 in potential monthly recurring commission.

20 active $995 accounts = $4,975.00 in potential monthly recurring commission.

40 active $995 accounts = $9,950.00 in potential monthly recurring commission.
