Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, cross‑selling existing clients, and building long‑term relationships within the community. Responsibilities Generate new personal lines insurance business through referrals, networking, and leads Quote and sell policies including: Personal Auto Homeowners Condo Renters Flood Umbrella Motorcycle, Boat, and RV Cross‑sell coverage to existing clients Review coverage and recommend appropriate protection Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate client records in agency management system Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Qualifications Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License (Required) 1+ year insurance sales experience preferred (will train the right candidate) Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with Applied Epic, EZLynx, or similar systems is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Bonus opportunities Paid training and ongoing support Career growth opportunities Paid time off Supportive team environment Access to multiple top insurance carriers Why Join Our Team?
