Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities: Manufacturing, finishing, packing and inspecting products Operating various machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures Participating in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings Cross training in various operational areas 2nd Shift - $18/hour + $1 shift differential
