Millennium Medical Group is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice at Odessa Regional Medical Center in Odessa, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, physician-led team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in the newborn nursery.

Our network of physicians and specialists works together to provide a patient-centered model focused on supporting the health and wellness of newborns and their families. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated provider who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the earliest stages of life.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner in the newborn nursery, you will play an essential role in supporting the care and well-being of newborn patients. Responsibilities include conducting routine newborn examinations and well-baby assessments, performing developmental screenings and growth evaluations, and administering immunizations while providing preventive care guidance to families. The provider will also educate parents on newborn care, nutrition, and safety, coordinate follow-up care with pediatricians or specialists when appropriate, and maintain accurate documentation while supporting hospital quality and patient care initiatives.

This position offers 1 week on and 1 week off, providing an excellent opportunity for work-life balance. Millennium Medical Group offers a competitive compensation package designed to support both professional and personal well-being.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration and maintain current FNP certification through AANP or ANCC. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, value family-centered care, and be committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to newborn patients.
