Position Details Licensed Physical Therapist (Full‑time) Location: Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient, Shelby, NC 28150 (1129 East Marion Street, Shelby, NC 28150) We create the opportunity — YOU make the impact. At Ivy Rehab, Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non‑treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high‑quality patient care. Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 per year. Additional clinician bonus plan possible up to an extra $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). Includes a $10,000 welcome bonus, relocation assistance, or student loan repayment. The compensation range listed reflects the good faith estimate of pay this organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Eagerness to grow and learn. Interest in pursuing a specialty outside the standard orthopedics (sports, pelvic, vestibular, pediatric, neuro, geriatrics, etc.). Team player.
