Project Manager

Low Voltage Project Manager We are a growing commercial contracting company looking for an experienced Low Voltage Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the planning, execution, and successful completion of low voltage system projects — leading a team of technicians, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and manage low voltage system projects from inception to completion Collaborate with general contractors, customers, and internal teams to define project requirements and expectations Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed Oversee and mentor a team of technicians and support staff Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards Manage project changes, issues, and conflicts effectively Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality Maintain clear, timely communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in fire alarm, low voltage, security, or AV systems Proven understanding of low voltage systems and related technologies Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Effective communication and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, project management, or related field is a plus What We Offer: Salary $95,000 – $135,000 annually, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Life insurance Paid time off and holidays Bonus opportunities Career growth and professional development opportunities Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts | In person *We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
