This role functions as an extension of the Director of Nursing, combining people leadership, clinical case management, field-based nursing expertise, quality and compliance oversight, patient advocacy, and new patient admission support. The Clinical Nurse Manager maintains visibility in the field while leading through data, clinical judgment, and accountability to ensure patients receive the right level of care at the right time.
