Job Title: Customer Service Advocate III
Location: Columbia, SC 29229
Duration: 3 months contract to hire
Shift:
TRAINING - Training Hours - Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm After training - hours will be between 8:00am-6:00pm Training will be Onsite 4-6 weeks
Pay Range is $15-16.50. on W2
Job Description:
Looking for a Customer Service
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and provide accurate, courteous, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Research and resolve issues related to claims, billing, or healthcare services.
- Provides feedback to management regarding customer problems, questions, and needs.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s can substitute experience).
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience required.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims processing is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
