Remote Patient Recruiter – Clinical Research (Offshore) The Genesis Clinic, a physician-owned clinical research site in the Chicago area, is looking for a remote Patient Recruiter to support enrollment across multiple active clinical trials (endocrinology, metabolic health, and orthopedics). What you'll do You'll be the first point of contact for potential study participants. Day to day, that means calling and pre-screening patients from our database and referral lists, walking them through study basics in plain language, checking them against inclusion/exclusion criteria, scheduling screening visits with our coordinator, and keeping recruitment logs accurate and up to date. You'll work closely with our study coordinator and report weekly on outreach numbers, conversion, and scheduling. What we're looking for Medical background strongly preferred — nursing, medicine, pharmacy, or allied health training (degree or clinical experience from any country is fine) Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable making outbound calls to US patients Prior experience in patient outreach, telehealth, medical call centers, or clinical trial recruitment is a big plus Organized and self-directed — you'll manage your own call lists and follow-ups Understanding of patient privacy; you'll complete HIPAA and GCP training with us Reliable internet and a quiet workspace; availability with at least 4 hours of overlap with US Central Time (Chicago) #J-18808-Ljbffr Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine
