This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships with customers, solving problems, and staying active throughout the day. Our SSRs are the face of Auto-Chlor System to our customers and play an important role in both customer service and the growth of our business.

What You'll Do

As an SSR, you'll manage an established route of commercial customers while providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

* Servicing and maintaining commercial dishwashing equipment

* Performing preventative maintenance and basic repairs

* Delivering cleaning and sanitation products

* Building strong relationships with restaurant and commercial customers

* Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services

* Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally

* Managing your route efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Mechanical experience is helpful, but we're looking just as much for the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We will train you.

This is primarily a Monday–Friday position.

Once fully trained, SSRs participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide emergency service to customers when needed.

Our SSRs can expect annual compensation of approximately $70,000–$75,000, based on the normal schedule and responsibilities of the position.
