Responsibilities Dispense prescription medications, offering detailed counsel on proper use, dosage, and potential side effects. Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized space. Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations and company policies. Foster strong relationships with patients and staff. Supervise pharmacy staff, ensuring a high standard of service and adherence to best practices.
