ATS FLEET SERVICE - DETROIT is growing and looking for an individual that wants to come to work and make a positive impact on their team and the clients they serve. We have built our reputation by having the fastest fleet service, most knowledgeable staff, and first-rate customer service.

The Manager is a key leadership role that requires strong leadership skills, professionalism, and accountability. This position is responsible for managing employees, coordinating the daily workload, and ensuring an efficient flow of work throughout the shop.

COMPENSATION

Base Salary: $85,000 per year + Bonus Potential

This position offers bonus opportunities in addition to the base salary based on shop performance and the achievement of established sales and service goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, demonstrate a servant-leadership approach, and be committed to developing and supporting their team. The Manager will also assess performance, identify sales and service goals, and lead the team toward achieving those goals.

Strong time management and decision-making skills are essential. The Manager must be able to prioritize work effectively, coordinate service needs, and ensure customers’ vehicles and fleets are serviced efficiently and returned to the road as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality or safety.

Previous management experience in a commercial tire shop or similar automotive, fleet, or service environment is preferred but not required.
