A Day in the Life As our Counter Manager at Myer Highpoint , you will lead our designer fragrance counter, reporting to the Area Manager to deliver ultimate luxury experiences.

• Counter Leadership: Drive retail sales targets and manage daily counter operations.
• Team Coaching: Guide and inspire your team to deliver top-tier luxury service.
• Customer Experience: Share your fragrance expertise to build lasting client relationships.
• Merchandising: Maintain high-standard counter presentation and stock alignment.

We Are Looking For You are an inspiring retail leader with a genuine enthusiasm for luxury fragrances and a talent for customer service.

• Experience in retail counter management or beauty consultation.
• Strong skills in Retail / Trade Activation to drive in-store events.
• Proficiency in Account Management to foster relationships with department store partners.
• Excellent communication and team-building capabilities.
• Deep  Category Expertise in fine fragrances.
