Business Consultant Architect

The selected professional will be responsible for driving Microsoft 365 transformation and migration programs across enterprise environments. Key responsibilities include:Plan, design, and support end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration programs, including assessment, solution design, execution, validation, and go-live activities.Work closely with Enterprise Architecture teams, customer IT groups, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to define migration approaches and future-state Microsoft 365 solutions.Review current collaboration, messaging, identity, and infrastructure environments to identify technical dependencies, integration needs, risks, and business considerations.Manage integration between Microsoft 365 services and enterprise platforms, including identity systems, security tools, network services, and infrastructure components.Create and execute detailed migration wave plans, deployment schedules, and cutover strategies to support a smooth transition with limited business interruption.Support complex migration scenarios such as tenant consolidation, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and coexistence with hybrid Microsoft environments.Confirm migration readiness across users, workloads, applications, infrastructure, and support teams before each migration phase.Coordinate with security, network, compliance, and IAM teams to ensure the Microsoft 365 environment aligns with organizational policies and enterprise standards.Investigate and resolve technical issues during discovery, pilot, migration testing, production migration, and post-cutover support.Provide architectural recommendations and operational best practices for Microsoft 365 services, governance, administration, and adoption.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, migration plans, integration designs, operational procedures, and implementation records.Required Skills and Experience10+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise collaboration technologies, or solution architecture roles.Hands-on experience delivering or supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365 migration, modernization, or integration programs.Experience with enterprise-scale migration planning, migration wave execution, deployment coordination, and production cutover support.Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, including single sign-on, federation, authentication flows, directory synchronization, and access controls.Experience collaborating with Enterprise Architecture teams, customer stakeholders, business users, and technical delivery teams.Strong ability to analyze complex technical environments, identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and recommend practical solutions.Good communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Posting Date:06/15/2026Department:CONS: Life Sciences - 1074310015
