Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, assist in processing medication orders, medication preparation, and performs clerical or other technical functions which support the provision of quality pharmacy services to patients and other departments.

Job Qualifications:

A. Education (or equivalent years of experience): Required for consideration: High school graduation or equivalent.

B. Certifications: Required for consideration: State of FL Registered Pharmacy Technician. Continued employment is contingent upon successful Pharmacy Technician Certification within six (6) months of hire. Florida Pharmacy Intern Permit may substitute for the above.

Paid Sick Leave:

5 days in your first six months

Up to 15 days annually from six months through four years
