Warehouse Manager.
Clean, Maintain and organize our Warehouse. Stock and organize installation materials, order and track deliveries. Help Load and unload materials. Understand inventory and job material accountability. Limit scarcity and overage. Minimize any waste and Loss. Maintain a safe, organized and clean warehouse.
Develop and maintain job logs and the installation calendar. Contact homeowners to schedule their installation and completion dates.
Organize job files and help with their completion and 5 star customer satisfaction.
Problem Solve.
Take inbound appointment calls and emails. Schedule appointments on the Calendar for the Sales Reps and the installation crews.
Take inbound service calls and initiate service requests for current and former clients.
Maintain and document routine service on the company vehicles.
Ensure that our vehicles are: Fueled, Safe and clean.
Verify employee timecards and payroll hours.
Help trouble shoot internet, phone issues.
Accomplish daily, weekly and long term job commitments.
