What You'll Do:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans
• Document treatment activities accurately in health records
• Provide therapeutic interventions and crisis management
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Utilize psychological counseling techniques to support inmate mental health
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver holistic care

What You Need:

Required:

• U.S. Citizenship (for facility clearance)
• Clinical mental health experience
• Knowledge of psychological counseling techniques

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in correctional or secure settings
• Certification in relevant mental health or counseling fields
