Job Overview Registered Nurse (RN) Flow Coordinator supporting a dynamic Family Medicine practice at Atrium Health OneHealth Family Medicine & Urgent Care, Center Square in Mooresville. Full time, 40 hours per week. Current schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM with four 10‑hour shifts and one flexible day (typically 7:00 AM–5:30 PM). Future clinic hours will expand to 7:00 AM–11:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Manage provider in‑baskets, ensuring timely access to messages and documentation. Perform patient triage and conduct nurse visits. Serve as clinic flow coordinator to maintain optimal patient throughput. Assist clinical staff with completion of forms, FMLA paperwork, and other administrative tasks. Requirements Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association. Preferred Experience At least 1 year of RN experience. Experience in Family Medicine or urgent care settings. Experience with vaccine administration for children (NCVaccine). Phlebotomy or laboratory skills. Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $35.50 – $53.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and training.
