SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Position Full‑time Shift Supervisor – Jackson Madison County General Hospital, 620 Skyline Drive, Jackson, TN 38301. Schedule Monday–Friday, weekends required. 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. Pay $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Requirements Prior management experience preferred. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards. Prepare production or sales reports and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations. Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests. Serve as mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and seek advancement. Perform other duties as assigned.
