Job Description:
Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist)
This is more than a Clinic Director role — it‘s an opportunity to become an Equity Partner and help shape a clinic from the ground up. You‘ll have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and everything else that will help support you and your growing clinic.
Compensation Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Additional Compensation: This position is also eligible for: Clinic Director Bonus Plan/Equity/Relocation Assistance

Qualifications:
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required .
* Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required .
* 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
* Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
* Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required .
* A passion for mentoring and developing others.
* Strong communication , organization, and problem-solving skills .
* A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
* Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
