You will be responsible for providing service in a manner that will optimize the cooperative's efficiency, while displaying outstanding customer service. Transporting equipment is another key aspect of this role. Skills Safely operating agriculture equipment Proven ability to perform advanced repairs and maintenance Having a positive attitude Being reliable and on-time Performing at a quick pace while having fun Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals Thinking quickly and offering suggestions Being a trusted co-worker who always thinks of safety and security Qualifications Valid Class A CDL A driving record that is acceptable for commercial liability insurance 1-2 years of equipment mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally High School Diploma or Equivalent required Bonus Points Agricultural background with related experience operating agricultural equipment 1-2 years of welding experience Associate degree or technical certificate in agriculture related field of study desired 18 years minimum: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.
