Behavioral Health Clinician — Primary Care Partner
Legacy Health
Legacy Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician - Psychologist (BHC) to join the primary care team in Oregon. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care recommendations with the PCPs, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve patients' health and wellbeing. The role includes follow-up sessions for skills training and coaching, and facilitating smooth transitions to community behavioral health resources when needed. Licensure in Oregon and/or Washington is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Legacy Health
