Shift: 0630-3p

Ratios: If in the procedure suite, 1:1. Preop and Discharge can be 4:1. Weekend REQ: Yes, every third weekend

Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): Yes

Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? (Y/N): Yes, but highly unlikely.

Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2 years minimum

First time travelers accepted: (Y/N): Yes

License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start

Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS
