Inventory Specialist
The Inventory Specialist position consists of purchasing all:
- Food and beverage items for the restaurant.
- Stocking and proper rotation of goods. (FIFO)
- Tracking of all inventory items.
- Submitting proper credits for damaged goods.
- Reviewing inventory extension reports.
- Following through with proper inventory systems to ensure accurate end of month counting.
- Communications with FOH & BOH directors with new incoming menu items.
- Validation of expiration dates and proper labeling.
