Practice Specifics

We are seeking a determined and dedicated Neurologist to join our neuroscience team in Fargo, ND. This individual will partner with a mix of devoted Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians to provide exceptional patient-focused care to the community of Fargo/Moorhead and its greater region.

Our practice includes a new 28-bed ICU, a new ED with 25 exam rooms and 2 trauma bays, and a state-of-the-art high‑tech imaging suite currently undergoing renovation and expansion to meet growing community needs. We are an established practice of 3 Adult Neurologists and 1 Pediatric Neurologist within a physician‑led, integrated health system.

Outpatient care includes inpatient consults in the attached inpatient setting and opportunities to practice with an integrated neurosciences team and outpatient sleep medicine. We value practitioners with interest or subspecialty in movement disorder and multiple sclerosis. Practice is supported by EMG, electroneurodiagnostics, digital EEG/video evoked potential equipment, and intraoperative monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient neurological care and inpatient consults
• Collaborate with an integrated neurosciences team, including sleep medicine and advanced practice clinicians
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation
• Utilize EMG/evoked potential equipment and intraoperative monitoring during procedures
• Engage in practitioner leadership activities at all levels of the organization

Qualifications

• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Neurology
• Interest or subspecialty in movement disorder and/or multiple sclerosis (preferred)

Location

Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota, approximately 4 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul. The regional service area consists of 25 clinics and 5 hospitals serving 225,000 residents of the Fargo‑Moorhead population.

Compensation

Base salary of $366,000 annually. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based compensation. Sign‑on bonus, stipends, and retention bonus are also available.
