NOW HIRING: Machine Operator I – Aerospace Manufacturing
Arlington, TX
$16.00 per hour | Full-Time | Day Shift

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 5:30am–4:00pm
Friday: 5:30am–11:00am
(Some Saturdays required)

Position Overview
As a Machine Operator I, you will assist in preparing and operating production equipment to manufacture high-quality aerospace components. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who enjoy working with machinery, tools, and production processes.

✅ What You’ll Do:
• Prepare machines and equipment for production
• Load and unload parts from machines
• Inspect, trim, buff, and repair parts as needed
• Clean molds and maintain equipment
• Assemble/disassemble molds for production builds
• Follow quality standards and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production goals in a team environment

Preferred Experience:
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Forklift and hoist experience is a plus
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs as required
• Comfortable working in hot and cold warehouse/manufacturing conditions
