About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated Substitute Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation, with a focus on promoting children's social-emotional, intellectual, and physical growth, including early math, literacy, and science skills. A satisfactory criminal background check is mandatory for this role.

What You'll Do

Assisting teachers with planning and executing engaging learning activities that foster the cognitive, emotional, and physical development of young students is a primary responsibility. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all classroom activities adhere to the established curriculum and educational standards.

Requirements

Must have a satisfactory criminal background check. A substitute teacher must have a minimum of a High School Diploma.

Nice To Haves

Desired qualifications include prior experience in early childhood education, a degree in a relevant field such as education or child development, and certifications in first aid or CPR.
