Job Description HUD Compliance & Recertifications Manage all aspects of HUD Section 8 compliance. Verify income, assets, employment, and household composition. Process EIV reports and resolve all discrepancies. Ensure all resident files remain audit-ready and compliant. Maintain TRACS submissions and resolve transmission errors. Monitor resident eligibility and subsidy changes. Property Operations Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property. Maintain occupancy goals by marketing vacancies and coordinating leasing activities. Conduct applicant interviews and process waiting list applications in accordance with HUD regulations. Coordinate apartment turnovers. Supervise building staff, contractors, and vendors. Monitor work order completion and preventive maintenance programs.
