Your Future Role At A GlanceLocation: Austin, TXFacility: Dell Children's Medical CenterSpecialty: CVORSchedule: Day-shift | Full-timeSign-on Bonus: up to $10,000How You'll Make An Impact In This RoleFacilitate the safe, efficient execution of complex pediatric cardiovascular and neurosurgical procedures in a high-acuity pediatric CVOR environment.Prepare and calibrate specialized pediatric cardiovascular and neurosurgical suites with sterile and non-sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies.Provide direct surgical assistance by anticipating surgeon needs, handing instrumentation, and aiding in hemostasis during delicate pediatric operations.Assist in preparing, transporting, positioning, and draping pediatric patients while adhering to strict age-specific anatomical and safety protocols.Organize instruments systematically and perform continuous, precise counts of supplies and instruments throughout procedures to uphold patient safety.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
