Pay Rate: $98/hour *1099

Details

• Full time schedules
• Some weekends may be required
• 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility
• Contract position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)
• Full time, 5 days a week. Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day.

Duties

• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions
• Provide psychiatric evaluations and patient assessments
• Develop and manage treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
• Provide therapy and mental health counseling
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Conduct crisis intervention and emergency mental health care
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and healthcare teams
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited educational institution
• Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the state in NC. The license must be in good standing
• 1 year of experience
