MLR is searching for an experienced Inpatient Physical Therapist to join a well-respected health system in Arkansas. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment, providing top-tier care while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Comprehensive Physical Therapy Services: Provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in an inpatient setting.
• Manage a Range of Conditions: Treat neurological, orthopedic, cardiac rehabilitation, and general debilitation conditions.
• Perform Thorough Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Track patient progress and document treatment plans clearly and accurately.

Physical Therapist - Inpatient Qualifications:

• Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Current Physical Therapy license.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience: Open to new graduates.
