Sign Language Interpreter Pay Range: $40-55/hour Job Description: Up to $55/hour | Full-Time | Montrose, CO | 2026-2027 School Year | ASL Interpreter Position Details:
- Full Time, 1.0 FTE
- Starting August 2026 for the entire school year
- Monday-Friday
- Competitive pay (Up to $55/hour) + flexible full-time or part-time schedules
- W-2 employment with liability insurance included
- Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match
- Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses
- Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses
- Provide direct one-on-one interpretation in ASL for a student throughout the school day
- Facilitate communication between the student, peers, and staff
- Support access to curriculum and social interactions in the classroom
- Collaborate with the student's educational team
- EIPA score of 4.0 or higher and passing the written performance test (EIPA scores of 3.5-3.9 may also be considered)
- Fingerprinting required prior to start
- School-based experience preferred but not required
