Senior Software - Full Stack Engineer (Remote)

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Software - Full Stack Engineer for our growing team. This role demands advanced expertise in .Net Core, ASP.NET, React, and Web Services (SOAP, REST, XML). You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and leading the development of healthcare applications and integrated processes in a Microsoft Azure environment. Your role will not only focus on coding but also on guiding the team towards innovative solutions and advanced development practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Lead and mentor junior developers through all phases of software development, from ideation to implementation and support. Architect and develop applications and web services capable of handling massive data and high transaction volumes. Oversee source control and code review processes, maintaining high standards for code quality and documentation. Work closely with project management, operations, and development teams to convert complex requirements into functional architecture and business logic. Validate software functionality against functional and technical requirements. Assure the highest quality of delivered software products. Lead and contribute significantly to product launches and deployment strategies. Oversee project timelines, priorities, and deliverables. Represent the development team in product and user meetings. Assume additional responsibilities and leadership roles as needed. QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years' experience in designing, building, and maintaining applications and web services in complex environments. Proven experience in leading the architectural design and delivery of enterprise-grade systems. Advanced skills in .Net Core, ASP.NET, React, and Web Services (SOAP, REST, XML). Proficiency in JSON and experience with front-end frameworks using C# and React. Demonstrated experience in developing both LOB Applications and Consumer Websites. Expertise in responsive web design and mobile-first development approaches. Strong background in Microsoft Azure DevOps and cloud-based solutions. In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies. Proficiency in SQL Server 2008 or above. SKILLS Exceptional ability to lead and coordinate across various teams, showcasing a strong, open, and collaborative work style. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Exceptional computer skills, self-starter attitude, and detail-oriented approach.
