G-Style Transport LLC is looking for a self-motivated, well-rounded individual with a positive attitude to work as one of our Dispatchers. This role is integral to maintaining smooth transportation operations. The position is based out of Williston North Dakota.

Requirements

• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Must be able to pass Drug screen

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and gather detailed information
• Organize and dispatch drivers to complete jobs and proceed to the next job
• Gather information about jobs and relay the information to the designated driver
• Provide timely support and information to drivers
• Good communication with customers
• Support and promote Health and Safety policy
• Ensure all drivers dispatched have all the required information
• Monitor drivers scheduled rotation to maintain compliance with scheduled days off and hours of service
• Ensure all incidents are reported to the safety department
• Monitor pre/post trip inspections as needed

Job Type: Full-time, 12 Hour shifts (5am-5pm and 5pm-5am)

Schedule: 10 days on: 7 days (Tues-Mon) and 3 nights (Tues-Thur) and 4 days off (Fri-Mon)

OR

Every weekend nights (Friday-Monday) Off Tuesday-Thursday

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year depending on Experience
