We are seeking a client-focused, service-driven IT Support Specialist to strengthen employee productivity, system reliability, and secure technology adoption across the Greenstone Meats. This role serves as a trusted first point of contact for technical support while owning day-to-day issue resolution, onboarding readiness, endpoint support, and accurate IT documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• User Support: Provide responsive technical support through chat, email, and in-person channels for office and remote employees, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated with clear communication.
• Endpoint & Software Setup: Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, monitors, peripherals, mobile devices, handheld devices, and software licenses to ensure employees are productive from day one.
• Access Management: Manage employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning, modifying, and deactivating accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and related IT systems.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network, Wi-Fi, VPN, printer, endpoint, and operating system and software applications issues efficiently to maintain service continuity.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate internal knowledge base articles, step-by-step guides, and FAQs to improve consistency, repeatability, and self-service support.
• Asset Governance: Maintain reliable inventory records for hardware, software, and assigned devices to support lifecycle management, accountability, and audit readiness.

Required Experience & Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with 1–3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk or Technical Support role.
• Strong familiarity with Windows endpoints, Android devices, and on-premises and cloud environments.
• Experience with cloud productivity and business platforms, including Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical team members with patience and clarity.
• Familiarity with endpoint management and MDM tools, including Microsoft Intune.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are considered an asset.

Compensation & Benefits  

• Pay : $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
