Schedule

12-hour rotating shifts, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Job Description

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department. The nurse will work closely with a physician and other healthcare personnel to deliver prompt and effective treatment to patients with various medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients upon arrival to the emergency department.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient history.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in emergency procedures, including cardiac and neurological interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Experience in emergency medicine preferred.
