Description:
The Analyst position within Retail Operations involves monitoring and executing day-to-day workflow activities, managing medium to complex exception handling activities, and meeting service level agreements with internal and external customers. The Analyst must become a subject matter expert in assigned business function areas, spending the majority of their time reconciling utility payments with customer invoicing. An Accounting background is preferred. The Analyst will directly collaborate with team members, project groups, Information Technology, and cross-functional teams to support changing business needs.

- Able to work an 8 to 5 schedule M-F (position will be a hybrid of remote and at least 1 day in-office per week)
- Home office space with limited distractions (including office equipment - monitors (at least 2), keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam)
- Experienced with CRM systems, Microsoft Office programs like Excel/Word, SQL (preferred but not required)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with teammates and autonomously
- Keen attention to detail
- Intermediate or advanced analysis/critical thinking skills
- Experience with issue resolution
- Strong time management/prioritization skills
- Adaptable to processes or systems changes
- Able to provide positive service experience to internal and external stakeholders
