This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the community networking, building referral relationships, hosting events, giving tours, and helping families find the perfect place to call home. If you're driven by goals, enjoy connecting with people, and want a career where your success is rewarded, we'd love to meet you. $65,000–$70,000 annual base salary Monthly commission structure based on sales performance Generous Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay 401(k) and comprehensive benefits package Supportive leadership team Growth opportunities within a growing senior living organization The opportunity to positively impact seniors and their families every day What You'll Do As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll lead all sales and occupancy initiatives for our community by: Driving occupancy through strategic sales and relationship-building Developing and executing an annual sales and marketing plan Building strong referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, senior organizations, and community partners Conducting tours that create an exceptional first impression and convert prospects into residents Following up consistently with leads to guide families through the decision-making process Planning and hosting community events, educational programs, and networking opportunities Creating marketing materials, newsletters, advertising campaigns, and social media content Representing Vista Veranda at community events, networking groups, and outreach opportunities Working closely with the Executive Director and department leaders to ensure a seamless move-in experience Monitoring occupancy trends and developing strategies to achieve census goals Managing the department budget and marketing initiatives Helping strengthen Vista Veranda's reputation as a premier senior living community in the area What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is passionate about people and knows how to build lasting relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Three or more years of successful sales or marketing experience Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or relationship-based sales experience preferred Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Outstanding communication and presentation skills Strong networking and community outreach abilities Excellent organization and follow-up skills Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance You'll Be Successful If You...
