Take on an exciting opportunity as a Cath Lab Technologist, utilizing specialized imaging skills and contributing expertise in both interventional radiology and electrophysiology (EP) procedures. This contract position delivers the chance to work across a dynamic cath lab environment, performing multifaceted responsibilities that support cardiology and interventional radiology teams.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• 12 on-call nights weekly
• On-call every 3rd or 4th weekend

Key Qualifications:

• ARRT certification is required
• Demonstrated experience in EP and device procedures, including ablations
• Strong background in interventional radiology within a cath lab setting
• Proficiency in both scrubbing and monitoring roles during cases
• Comfortable performing duties for both interventional radiology and cardiac cases (approx. 40% radiology)
• Completion of an IR skills checklist
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for radiology
• No local candidates within 50 miles will be considered

Essential Responsibilities:

• Scrub and monitor during a variety of cath lab procedures, covering both radiology and cardiology cases
• Support the execution of device implants and electrophysiology studies
• Perform interventional procedures, including on-call coverage outside regular hours as required
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care for patients undergoing complex cardiovascular and radiological procedures
• Maintain detailed documentation, following best safety and compliance standards
