What You'll Do

Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.

Conduct regular observations to assess student progress.

Track student achievements through check points and report cards.

Host quarterly parent-teacher conferences to foster open communication.

Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment.

Provide high-quality supervision and support to students.

Engage children in fun and interactive activities that promote learning.

Keep families informed through daily reporting and Lilio app updates.

Prioritize classroom cleanliness and organization.

Create a warm and inviting atmosphere that stimulates creativity.

Plan and execute exciting celebrations that bring the classroom together.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is mandatory, accompanied by 2 years of experience in a preschool or daycare setting. Alternatively, a CDA certification is acceptable.

Nice To Haves

Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency would be a lovely asset to have.
