Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care. Display strong clinical judgment and expert nursing skills while following company policies. Collaborate with healthcare team to report critical information or changes in patient condition. Provide comfort and prevent suffering through presence and attentiveness, including pain assessment and reassessment. Document care effectively, succinctly, and timely according to organizational policy. Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate an effective and current plan of care. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license. Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor certification obtained within 30 days of employment start.
