Ongoing Assignment | Flexible Scheduling

Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Retail Pharmacist for an ongoing assignment with the potential for long-term placement. You’ll play a key role in ensuring prescription accuracy, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting daily pharmacy operations.

Schedule
This position follows a two-week rotating schedule, with flexibility available based on your availability and pharmacy needs:

Week 1 – 24 Hours

Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Week 2 – 17 Hours

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pharmacy Manager is open to adjusting the schedule for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Verify prescriptions and ensure accuracy and safety
Provide patient counseling and respond to medication-related questions
Oversee pharmacy workflow and support pharmacy technicians
Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
Deliver exceptional customer service in a retail environment

Requirements

Active Nebraska Pharmacist license in good standing
Recent retail pharmacy experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Flexibility with scheduling when needed
Experience with McKesson Enterprise preferred (not required)
