Requirements

• Provide continuous telemetry monitoring and promptly identify rhythm changes
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care on MedSurg and telemetry units
• Float between telemetry and MedSurg as needed to support patient care
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
• Complete required competency assessments and specialty exams to maintain readiness
• Maintain infection control practices and required health screenings

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license with Nursys verification (California)
• BLS required and ACLS required
• CPI and DCI/BVP listed as required certifications
• Ability to complete Prime Core Competencies, Prime Skills Checklist, and Prime Specialty Exam
• Current immunizations and successful drug screen, TB test, fit test, and other health requirements as listed
• Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts and floating to MedSurg
